2. Description of Service

GoScreenAPI provides a website screenshot API that allows users to capture screenshots of web pages programmatically. The Service includes features such as full-page capture, PDF rendering, caching, webhooks, and signed links.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Capture content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Perform unauthorized access to third-party systems
Distribute malware or engage in phishing activities
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Abuse the API in ways that degrade service quality for other users

5. Quota and Billing

Each plan includes a monthly screenshot quota. Overage billing applies when enabled -- additional screenshots are charged from your wallet balance at the plan's overage rate. Unused quota does not roll over to the next billing period.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GoScreenAPI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
